Caroline O’Neill lived in Richmond, North Yorkshire until at the age of 22 the bright lights of London and the South East called!  Now in her 30s she has returned to her home town, is married to an IT professional and is the mum of two young sons!

With a passion for property Caroline abandoned a conventional senior personal assistant career in 1999 (including working for a Leader of the House of Lords) to set up Inspirational Spaces, which is an interiors company that specialises in presenting properties for sale, rental or living.

Caroline knows the value of presenting properties herself having sold some 7 properties in the last 10 years.  The properties invested in included two apartments – one in central and one in outer London, a terraced house in a busy commuter town, two executive homes including one in a picturesque village and then eventually moved on to letting.

Caroline has a diploma in Interior Design from Barnet College, London, has studied property presentation, feng shui and decluttering techniques intensively.  In 2006 Caroline was shortlisted to appear on Channel’s 4s Interior Rivalry programme.  

Caroline has written many articles for Summertime Publishing and has spoken regularly for the Champneys group of health farms, the City of London’s Women in Banking and Finance group, the Feng Shui Society as well as lots of business and charity presentations.

With Caroline’s own personal experiences and 7 years in business she is the person to make your property sale into SOLD!  Your rental into LET and your house into a HOME.

PS.  Caroline is now living in her “forever” home a stunning stone built detached home in the heart of Richmond, but always has her eyes open for a property bargain and dreams of adding to her property portfolio with a holiday home in Provence, France!
