I have been energetically clearing our junk, and am thoroughly energised by it.  It is so satisfying.  I have recycled loads, taken boot-loads to the charity shops, (which gives me a great feeling), and still filled a whole dustbin.  We haven't even started on the garage or the loft yet, but my husband is pleased because one of his great themes has always been how bad my hoarding is.  (Was)!
